Are You A Sugar Addict?

Many people are sugar addicts. What exactly is the definition of a sugar addict? Primarily, it is someone who loves to eat anything sweet. If you are a sugar addict, you better take heed of what I am saying here, for it may save your life.

You may not know this, but much of the food you see on the shelves today contains refined sugars and other overly processed ingredients. Most people eat as much as 63 kilos of sugar a year and get another 18% of their calories from consuming white flour. Is it any wonder the obesity rate is higher than it has ever been before? What most people do not realize is that the fix they get from sugar only lasts a few hours. Then it causes you crash. The results are devastating for your body. Sugar addiction is like any other form of addiction. For the sake of your body, you have to go through a withdrawal process to get over your sugar addiction.since,it is a part of your lifestyle and habit, you need to work hard to overcome it. Then you need to consume more sugar to get that high again, and so the cycle continues.

All you end up feeling in exhausted, anxious and moody. if you give up your sugar addiction, you can lower your risk of diabetes, hypertension, stroke and heart attacks.subsequently,your metabolism will also become stable and boost normally, thereby burning  all the fat and sugar in the body.
